Arden University is a private university based in England with an emphasis on flexibility and remote learning. One of the first distance-learning universities to open in the UK since the Open University, it offers specialist degrees to thousands of students a year.

Arden began life as an educational company who partnered with universities to help deliver their content online. They brought the quality of higher education to those who couldn’t get a traditional university experience.

In 2014 they were given official university status by the UK government, which granted them the ability to award their own degrees.
